When you sign up we collect your name, email, and optionally your age, dietary goals, kitchen equipment, and cuisine preferences. As you use the app, we store your inventory items, saved recipes, shopping lists, and order history.

Your data powers the features you use:

• Generate recipes from your ingredients
• Send expiry alerts before food is wasted
• Recommend meals matching your taste & budget
• Build smart shopping lists from your inventory

We send your ingredients and requests to trusted AI services only to generate the response you asked for. Photos are processed in real-time and discarded.

Your data lives on encrypted cloud servers. Authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure keychain.

If you opt in, we send expiry alerts, meal reminders, and order updates. Your device ID is used only to deliver notifications.

We use your camera only when you open the scanner. Photos are sent to AI for ingredient detection and immediately discarded.

We may ask for your location to suggest nearby restaurants. This is completely optional — the app works without it.

We integrate with trusted services for sign-in, notifications, and AI features. We share only the minimum required.
